  1. It is an emotional discourse based on the reality and context of the time. The cognitive construction of this discourse comes from hope as a motor, in every sentence and every idea. It is brief, but forceful. The resource used to give logic is to build based on metaphors, analogies and historical references. It is very popular and careful in the choice of words. Strange mixture of deep thought expressed in simple words.
I quote Luther King himself when he said: We have learned to fly like birds, to swim like fish; but we have not learned the simple art of living as brothers.

  2. Hi!
The speech given by Martin Luther King was so inspirational to his followers, who looked so into in what he said. I think that Martin Luther was a really carismatic leader, who was able to changed their follower´s mind to be against the descrimination between black and white people and accept the differences of character among them. He gave his speech related with the freedom of the black slaves, which was the main porpuse of his speech.

  4. The words of the great Martin Luther King are truly inspiring, because he speaks for a whole nation that suffered from discrimination and slavery, and just wanted to help them enjoy freedom, it is shocking how a person can impact society so much with a speech sincere. Currently there is still discrimination and not only because of your color but because of your sexual preferences, beliefs, race and social class, I think we all share the dream of Martin Luther King, the dream of being free and that we all be one, where nobody judge and be judged.

  5. in my opinion Martin Luther King is quite right, the only thing he wanted is for everyone to realize that no matter the skin tone, the beliefs or the place where you were born, we are all equal and we should be treated in the same way .
There has always been discrimination at that time in a more direct way, but in reality this unpleasant situation continues to be a clear example are sexual preferences, most people think it is wrong and they see it as something prohibited, I think We all have the freedom to choose the life we want, we have to respect the way of being of others
We must forget all kinds of classification of the human being, we all deserve the same treatment.

It´s a great discourse against tyranny and oppression, it is a discourse of union against hate, it is a discourse of brotherhood and love. I think just like this person, we are all equal, we are a brotherhood and we must eradicate the barriers that separate us to live in harmony together.

The speech that Martin Luther King gave at that time was something that created historical changes of thoughts for the people of that time a step for a great change for the rights of the people where he wanted that equality, to end that racism and mentality about the superiority of whites over blacks, all those racist thoughts of that time that should no longer exist but unfortunately are still present in some people, all people are the same regardless of race or anything we all deserve respect.

  8. Hello the truth, the speech was very emotional because the purpose of Martin Luther King was to leave a global reflection about equality between people regardless of the type of sex, where we come from or the skin color, but one of its main objectives was to raise awareness in the United States because it is one of the countries in which racism still persists.

  12. The speech is wonderful. It has a meaning especially for the people who are from US. He wants to get the point throught peoples minds. He does’t want to live like the way it is. he also doesn’t want his families and other families all across the world live the way he had to.what he is i don’t want to put up with this any more, and he didn't want people to be judged by their colour, hair or the way they look.
The speech was to persuade people in America. He wanted to build a better world. I believe we make the difference in the world and we should embrace our dreams and go for them, without judging other people.

  14. In my opinion, the speech is very interesting, it tells us how it was lived in other times with racism and even though it has been a long time ago, it is still the same, when we are supposed to be in harmony, because that does not only happen in the United States, it happens in most countries including Mexico.

  16. I think that equality in general is a complicated issue since from past times there has been a very marked classification of classes but there is always a way to eliminate and it is to treat the steps of idealists as Luther King
